Oil is a very passionate medium, this is why it was chosen for this collection entitled “INTIMACY”, into me, see. It helps create the mood with luscious, bold, and vibrant colors. It absorbs you and challenges you to see beyond the surface and into the inner core of the painting itself. I believe that “INTIMACY”, was the very reason oil paint was created; to show love and unbridled passion in all its dynamic colors. Oil paint is like a marriage full of life, love, romance and passion. Other mediums for me are just mere relationships, fun but no real commitment. Some become lifelong friends while others just don’t work out.
