Join ROOTS on the Road for day adventures throughout the Boulder/Denver area. This month come experience Raptor Day at the Denver Botanic Gardens.

Carpool together to the York Street Garden for an exclusive live raptor experience from the Raptor Education Foundation (REF) at Denver Botanic Gardens. REF docents and staff discuss predator/prey
relationships and the natural history of Colorado raptors. Experience the exclusive opportunity to meet live raptors, learn about their journey, talk with their handlers and ask questions. There will also be a 20-minute film featuring Colorado’s two eagle species in the Sturm Family Auditorium. Program included with admission.

Details:

  • Click the link to purchase tickets for 10:30am general admission on Fri, June 7.
  • Lunch on your own at any of the two restaurants in the gardens!
  • Browse the beautiful gardens at your leisure (rain or shine). Program is indoors!
  • We will leave the church parking lot at 9:30am.
